anyone use Brandson custom ui for ffxi? having some trouble

So ya, update has reverted my fonts and shit back to the horrendous SE defaults. I'm reading conflicting stuff. Some people say they have installed the old pack without any problems. A poster on gamefaqs said it causes problems though. Said if you install brandson again, it messes tables up and buff icons. http://boards.gamefaqs.com/gfaqs/genmes ... c=43580894

Also it looks like the original guy doesn't work on the project any more. I have no idea if anyone is updating it. I have also heard about another FFXI UI pack not made by brandson? Does that actually exist?

I think Emiko is doing a great job following in Brandson's footsteps with the new UI and Maps. If you are so displeased with the way it looks, by all means don't use it or make your own.

It has kept me playing the game. The original font gives me headaches :/
