I see where your going with this, but Kote+1 and Fuma's are a lot better alternative. In terms of amount available and the ease of use.

If your really gunning for an item get ahold of Dusk Gloves +1 and spam some Salvage for Usu feet.
I owned a pair of Sune-Ate +1, after a week they got rol-marted. I only regret selling them 400k cheaper than what I paid >.>

The only other reason I can possibly assume you want these is to complete some sort of 5/5 Hachiman +1 fetish. But I still don't think fannying around with server transfers and paying more RL cash just for some mediocre booties. Sorry.

If you buy them for enough you may be able to get a crafter to swap a mule to your server. but I'd guess that markup is going to be a couple mil on top of the item value and may make it better for you to just find a crafter and bang out the 50-100 synths it'll take to get one yourself.
