Oh yeah, Covenant is one of my all-time favorites too. Funny but also good story, really cool setting for an jRPG and awesome gameplay with so much side quests! Highly recommended for anyone that missed it during the PS2 era.

Going to chime in my agreement with Covenant's greatness. The game is just a stream of stand-out moments from start to finish.
Spoiler: show
I like to playing Need For Speed Hot Persuit this is really very interesting game and good for time pass.....
I mostly like to lay this game and i am also playing rite now
Playing FFT 1.3 on my psp >.>
Almost makes me want to smash my psp against the wall, but it hasn't been THAT difficult, yet...
Also, I love how the enemy AI is so fucking ridiculously abusive, and then I have two party slots wasted with Gafgarion and Agrias being completely fucking retards. -_- The only "difficulty" I get is that 4 vs 7-8 who just keep spamming phoenix down (AND MAGICALLY GET A TURN BEFORE I CAN REKILL THEM, anytime I phoenix down my characters, the enemy always fucking rekills before I can heal them) can outlast me so much easier because I only have 4 characters... Is there any way to tell turn order of characters who are dead? -.-;
Starting in on some RPGs I missed during release, and some I haven't played in over a decade.
Last two days I've spent on Skies of Arcadia (GC Version). Fun so far, characters are interesting, story is fun. Really irritated with myself that I didn't just pick this up for Dreamcast when it came out. I probably had it in my hand a dozen times and never purchased.
After getting a used PSP3k I picked up Crisis Core just because it was ten bucks. Actually really enjoying the combat. Never really read up on FFVII backstory, fun to see how that shitstorm all started. Going to replay VII after I'm finished since I haven't in so many years, it might as well be a whole new game. I need to remember how to get Vincent before I start it though D:
Haven't really delved into Dissidia 1 & 2 yet. Also got the FFIV package for PSP, which is one of the FF titles I've not played. Haven't touched it yet, looking forward to it though.
Flipping through the library of games for Saturn and Dreamcast I've never purchased to see if there's anything really worthwhile to order off of Amazon. Suggestions?
Saturn RPGs, if you can find them at a price that's not stupid:
Shining Force III Scenario 1 (it's the only one in English)
Blazing Heroes / Mystaria / Riglord Saga
Dragon Force
Those are the main ones that come to mind.. other good ones were in Japanese, sadly.
Shining Force is going to be pricey. You'll be looking at anywhere from 60 - 80 bucks at least. Dragonforce is usually going for around 60ish(that's how much I bought mine for.) Guardian Heroes is a great game to grab but also pricey. I was able to get a copy of Albert Odyssey after about a year of looking for a decent deal. Now if only I could find a good deal for Panzer Dragoon Saga.
Diablo 3. Guild Wars 2 soon.
Back to dark souls after being disappointed by max payne and bored with diablo. Even after around 400 hours played and two platinums (second on gf's ps3) I still can't put this game down.
This time around I made a samurai build. Black ponytail, angry fucking eyebrows, Iaito+15 2 handed, shadow garb body & hands, channelers pants, no helm. Thinking about also upgrading the brigand (bandit?) body to use as well because it has a good samurai feel.
Curious if we'll find out a purpose behind the pendant when the pc version comes out or if it'll end up being a red herring. :/
Ohh yeah, I remember that one. Rented it like crazy.Dark Savior ARPG was very good from memory!
And drove my friend nuts with J.J's theme.
Oh man, how could I have forgotten these three:
Legend of Oasis (fun ARPG)
Panzer Dragoon Saga (never got to play this.. so sad I never ordered it)
Shining the Holy Ark
Back to Dragon's Dogma.
Started a new character and I'm having fun again.
This game would have so much more longevity if you never leveled up.
Started The Last Remnant. Goddamn this is fun. I have a small guide up so I don't accidentally push my BR too high and get bitch slapped by the game, though.
I feel like I must be the only one who actually bitch slapped GoH first time through, yet had a lot of trouble with some of the supposedly 'easy' encounters. Actually, it was the first easyish boss for me.
The way I play is obviously very unusual.
On the final dungeon in Oath in Felghana in Hard mode and the term "hard" is put lightly for the last few parts of the game.
Valenstein? Or the island?
The island. Managed to kill the first boss after I realized they're weak to fire, but those undead can gang up on you fast further on the island, even with the silver chimes.
