Here in BC it is legal to breastfeed in public. The City of Vancouver even passed a bylaw a few years ago allowing women to be topless at public pools and beaches. The mentality there was that "if men can be topless in public, why can't we women do it?" Of course, the only topless women you see in Van taking advantage of this bylaw because there's a bylaw are the same ageing hippie/femenazis that like to hang out at Wreck Beach - you will vomit a little when you see it.

Really, I have absolutely no issue with it. Babies need milk. Mothers produce milk. Breastfeeding is a positive psychological experience for both mother and baby. As long as the kid's not over 18 months (and even then holy hell, how do you lactate for that long unless you have another kid) what's the big deal? Are you really so offended by breasts in public? Honestly, pregnant breasts usually look awesome, especially if the mother is normally Mrs. Fried-eggs-on-a-nail or Madame Itty-bitty-titty.
