I haven't read a single post beyond the OP but I just want to say that One More Time With Feeling should have been a terrrible, disgusting, shlocky, horrific affront to all that is good with the world. When I heard about the idea I wanted to die, I loved BTVS and was livid with rage that it had sunk so low as to make a joke musical episode.

Then I watched it.

Conclusion? ALL HAIL JOSS WHEDON, OVERLORD OF TELEVISION.

Seriously, sometimes when I'm walking around and no one's nearby, I sing Going Through The Motions to myself, freaking awesome stuff.
