It finally came out in the states. Who has it? Just got it today myself.

Already being talked about in General. It's pretty awesome.
Oh, my bad. Anyways, guess this can be locked then. :<
No reason this topic can't stay, considering this is the RPG discussion, and people would most likely post more technical/gameplay questions here than there.
yea, they did the same thing with Lost Odyssey.
I didn't get a reserve on IV, but hoping I can pick it up after work.
FFVI was the one that got me hooked and it wasn't until about a year ago I played IV. Can't wait to get to Mt. Ordeals
Got it last night, haven't played it yet tho because I been hooked on watching Weird Science on hulu.com >.>
Weird Science? Final Fantasy IV? The 90's are officially back.
It does seem early for 90's nostalgia to come into play but look also to the X-Files movie coming out and it's not terribly far-fetched.
Considering VH1 is already doing I love the New Millennium I don't suppose 90's nostalgia would surprise me.
Just wish I could find MST3k episodes online but having trouble
Sliders may have to be next...
I just google video for MST3K when I want my fix. Otherwise my library has a great choice of MST3K box sets on DVD. I recently got Sliders season 3 from the library too (I have seasons 1 and 2 at home) but didn't watch after Aurturo's exile from the show.
I only played the original so they probably made it easier but Bahamut is quite a hard fight and it's a great challenge.
Original as in FF4JP or FF4US? Because FF4US was the easy mode one.
Also, I'm glad MST3k still continues... somewhat.
I've downloaded a few of those. Very fun.
personally FFIV DS is a little harder then FFII SNES US version
on SNES i was lv 12 with cecil when we get tellah first time and today i got lv 12 at the mist dragon and it almost kicked my ass ....
but you do gain more XP then FFII SNES so i guess it evens out, but it's fun atm
I think I powered Cecil to 15 before Mist Dragon, then after Myst I got Rydia to 14 before moving on.
Oh, and turning on Auto Attack on the Mist Dragon by accident is not fun. Be careful around the X key.
This was said in the other thread, but every boss has a certain strategy in which you have a very good chance of getting owned trying to figure it out unless you're using a walkthrough. That and you can get destroyed in a random battle if you get surprised from behind by certain mobs, despite being the appropriate level.
edit: just got Cid, he sounds like an orc, lol.
I got chills when Rydia screamed I HATE YOU and summoned Titan. Great remake.
