Totally agree with the person that said it's gonna be chaos without instancing. I fear you'll have a lot of small groups going for drops with this renewed interest in Dynamis.

No, today isn't early September. However, changing simple values doesn't require an update, it only requires server scripts to be changed which can be easily done during a maintenance. (hi2u things being broken after maintenances)
