If anyone is into asian movies check out The Village of No Return, hilarious
While not a movie, just finished what's available for Peaky Blinders. Less than thrilled with how S3 ended. Tom Hardy is a treasure though.
Which Matrix was it where they're fighting with katanas on top of moving trucks? That one was pretty dope.
Jupiter Ascending was one of like 4 movies I've ever walked out of the theater on.
Last Resident Evil was kinda shit.
John Wick 2 was great, enjoyed it just as much as the first one.
Saw Trainspotting 2. Started out kind of slow, but I felt it really picked once Renton and Sickboy got together again. I'd give it a 7/10, but I also rate the original 10/10. One thing the sequel has improved upon is Renton's "Choose life" speech, but maybe I just related to it a bit more when he goes honest and personal at the end of it. And the constant teasing of not quite playing "Lust for Life" was a nice touch too.
Was a neat movie, 8/10
Watched Equilibrium finally yesterday. Was neat for what it was. Felt almost like an extension to Fahrenheit 451.
Kubo and the Two Strings. I wanted to see this in theaters but I missed it and ignored it for a while. By the time it came onto Netflix I was over it. I ended up watching it on an off night and I loved it!
