watched The Dark Knight Return part 2, it was mediocre and lots of inconsistencies. I looked like it was directed by a 15 years old lol.

I really liked Frankenweenie. Haven't seen the other two yet

Took the girl to see Jack Reacher and Silver Linings Playbook. Chose these two because of the higher-than-expected rottentomatoes ratings.

Jack Reacher was entertaining with a lot of one-liners and some humor for a one-man-army flick. First action movie she said she liked in fact and wasn't bored during.

Silver Linings Playbook is perfect to bring a date to. Robert DeNiro is fantastic, and although I wish it had more comedy it wasn't bad.

I wouldn't pay to see either of these a second time but the only movie I've wanted to pay to see a second time in the past 10 years was Avengers.

Also, just saw Argo and it's top-notch. Really gripping stuff.
Looking to see this next, thanks for the info.

Watched Ted last night with the wife. Neither one of us were really that impressed. There were a few chuckle worthy moments(Sam Jones comes to mind) but otherwise I thought the movie was really overrated. But Mila Kunis is fucking hot. So I dealt with it.

Just saw Broken City out of boredom. Forgettable at best, the reward for the build-up isn't really worth it unless you're a die hard noir fan. Small sex scene with Natalie Martinez was kinda nice at least.

Saw Sinister. It has some general cliches and tropes, but damn was it creepy in some ways. Definitely scariest movie I've seen in awhile, and most of the scares come from you scaring yourself.

This movie was good for the first 30 minutes, and after that is the absolutely awful. I don't see how anyone could have enjoyed this, even for cheap horror.

Sinister had the most uncomfortable music, sound effects, score i have ever heard. that music put me on edge far more than any of the scares.

I agree after the movie you can analyze it and think "well that was shit", but while it's happening it's quite creepy cause of the score and atmosphere. It's similar to Insidious, the first half the movie is amazing creepy and scary, then the second half happens and you're like "...wtf is this shit?". I like to pretend the last half of that movie doesn't exist.

This was great, albeit a bit slow!

This is up next. Quite liked the anime by the same name, hoping this is good as well.

So I don't know about any of you, but I have never understood why Netflix, especially once they got a bit more competition from iTunes and Amazon (among others) has never made it easier to find their latest releases. "Recently Added" is just... crap. It is more of a "Stuff We Think Is Cool That We Have Now" section. It entirely skips new additions quite often.

Anyway, lately I have been using this site to better search, sort, and find ye vast ol Netflix Instant Watch - http://instantwatcher.com/

Anyone have anything they use along the same lines?

End of Watch. Excellent movie, although it was distracting to see familiar streets, places, etc. A major scene takes place literally in front of a mate's house. I didn't like the main cholo guys, they are caricatures from the 90s. They don't have that crap anymore. I also don't know why Anna Kendrick's tiny ass gives me a boner.

Haven't seen it yet, but I've been waiting for this 1 lol

Just watched Sushi Girl: for a movie that had an insanely predictable ending, it wasn't that bad.

Probably going to watch AFK next, then finish up House of Cards.

Wife and I went to see Warm Bodies last night. Was pleasantly surprised. Not terrible. Writing was clever. Not very gory or violent however. Entertaining but not spectacular.
