FFXI Gamepad issues with Windowed Mode.

I have a small, annoying yet deadly problem with my Logitech Dual Action controller. It plays FFXI just fine, but when I leave to FFXI 'window' (I use the legit Windowed Mode) and come back to it, my controller is unresponsive for 1-4 seconds. My keyboard and mouse still work, but its like the controller has to be resynchronized. Is this normal and does anyone else have this problem? It's both annoying and deadly because 4 seconds can mean Life of Death for a Beastmaster.

I have the same problem, logitech rumble pad 2. Could be nothing, but I find if I right-click somewhere after switching back to the window then the controller works.

I suggest the xbox360 remote & using the unofficial windowed, never had by problems.

Seems to be a problem with legit window mode, try using 3rd party windower?
