the haste and set bonus on the askar and the eva and hmp on the goliard are all shown with a grey background on the pol page

the delay on the sword is the only thing not colored, so I think they mean literally everything except DMG, DEF, HP, MP, Status Effects, Accuracy+, Attack+, Ranged Accuracy+, Ranged Attack+, Magic Accuracy+, and Magic Attack+ is going to be removed from scaled down armor and weapons, and delay is the only thing entirely unaffected

FF to me is all about joining parties and helping my friends level up. This fucking rocks, I'll be that guy outside of LS meriting for 4k/hr.

EDIT: Afterthought, maybe some equips will retain bonuses while others wont? Like your Askar retaining it's haste but other equips not? Maybe there's a reason the Einherjar abjurations are a little flakey after all.

for them to actually go through and evaluate each item and scale each item to several levels... that must've taken alot of time and effort, which is something that i wouldn't expect.

this should be a great way for pld to get merits, considering theres a huge demand for tanks at every level except 75
