I thought tonight's episode was pretty good.

I was surprised that Miguel continued to help Dexter escape with the inmate even after it was discovered. I didn't think he was the reason for the alarm, like the previews wanted you to believe. The smile he got on his face when he found out Dexter wasn't at the pre-arranged kill-site was a little creepy though, lol.

As to the above poster, Miguel knows that Dexter killed Freebo.

She was the lady that helped Dexter get old case files in the 1st (and appeared in the 2nd) season. You didn't really miss anything, though I thought for sure they were going to branch Dexter out into mercy killing with the way the dialogue was going.

If you mean why did she stop being in the series, they got kind of busy with the whole Butcher story line. If you mean why was she in the hospital, I believe they said it was lung cancer.

her name is camilla. she worked in the records dept. she hid the files from dexter's mom's death but helped him later. she was a smoker and in for lung cancer
