Come to the fucking east coast already. God damn it. I almost considered spending the cash for a plane ticket at the 3 day event last year, but theres no fucking way I'm doing that for a 1 day thing this year.

come to illinois, nao
Hmm, I might make an attempt to head out there this year. Loved California when I went there in the spring, definitely don't mind going again.
I really doubt they'll ever have one on the EC simply because of how much more it costs to plan. They have to ship out all those comps and fly their entire staff out there, plus probably do multiple trips out there to scout the area, finalize details with a hotel, etc.
I did fly out from the East Coast last year but for one day? I'll pass.
Japan is closer to HI actually. Therefore they should have a fanfest here.
Okay, seriously though, even if I had the cash to burn to fly to the mainland, this is still shitty timing considering it's either during or right before the finals periods for many universities. Plus it's only one day to boot. Fail SE, fail.
Is "registration day" just sitting in line for a few hours to get your name tag/loot bag? Or are there actual thingies going on?
Need an east coast event... c'mon! I can afford a quick trip to NY, but CA...
I live in northern CA and I wouldn't make the trip that far south for a one day event. c.c
It's been a year and still nobody knows how to pop Almighty Apkallu and get Skanda Boots...
All WotG is atm is a series of side stories w/ very little main story content.
Spoiler: show
I'd rather have a more predominant main story with side quest fillers.
Went once. Got my windurst key chain. Saw Indalecia and his creepy black trench coat. I feel fulfilled.
When you've been to one, you've been to them all imho.
I got my Moogle bag from '06 which I still use.
Before they started doing fanfests anually they had this one tour before CoP was released in Gardena. I think it went to Texas too. Anyway I think it's better just having them do a tour like that then just have it in one place every year.
