He is right to a degree. But so were you. I rarely manage to watch any videos of mmo gameplay because it really is boring to just watch that stuff, it's a lot different from trailers or w/e where you get the best moments, skill shots etc. But still, that video was boring and pointless as hell. I hope people are not fapping to stealth like that too much.

when falling from height theres two animations depending on you pressing forward or not. You either roll forward or land in place with your legs bending to ease the shock of landing. Nice touch, much like TERA but without being stuck in place.

I approve of this. Nice to see a game treat you like the (semi) God you are. Pitiable farmers-turned-warriors we are not, good sirs!

Looked no different than WoW rogue gameplay, I did the same thing when possible while questing. Just sap through everything to the objectives.

MMO gameplay doesn't look fun. Especially melee characters. With ranged characters at least you can see how different abilities look, with melee characters its all just generic sword swings with different particle effects to differentiate between them. Nothing is gonna do justice to any game until you get in there and check it out for yourself. This applies to every MMO, including SWTOR, TERA, GW2, WoW, and Rift. So yeah, videos are alright but gimme the game itself any day of the week.

this build is so terrible, riddled with bugs and lag, meaningless loading screens and random nerfs but its looks pretty they say(worked for ffxiv right? RIGHT?) ugh, last build was lots better

I have to agree w/ most of it. Its extremely unstable. The games doesn't even load properly on 64 bit systems all the time. you get the "game not responding" msg and you just need to ignore it and keep waiting. The few time I got that and couldn't figure out the problem I almost deleted the client thinking I got bad DL.

I heard they homogenized a handful of classes so that they play nearly identical now instead of balancing them individually. It was the bounty hunter and something else i think. But overall its much more laggy

well every republic job has an empire match that is basically identical, and some of the changes made it even more so it seems, trooper was OP last build and its even more so since it seems they nerfed jedi knights and sith warriors, and buffed the magey jedi/siths as well. and now that heat works a lil better on bounty hunters its in line with trooper almost. They added random loading screens to the Pvp games for some terrible reason. its seems the last tiny patch helped with conversation loading time at least, but its still just no good lol.
Apparently they also sent out some more invites this week for all you hopefuls.

I mean they homogenized classes w/in the same faction. That's at least what ppl were saying in trade. Like bounty hunter and smuggler play a lot alike now (thats just an example). I always figured cross-faction classes were identical w/ just different names for abilities

BH and smuggler arent same faction. BH is the empires trooper, cept it has pistols instead of bigger guns, which is why trooper is still way OP. I still cant stand the 'cover' thing for smugglers and agents, its so useless in pvp(and fairly useless in PvE) and several of there moves can only be done while using it. idk what would have been homo'd within factions.
