Odorous Knife shout from rmt?

well i was in whitegate today and someone called Agray shoutet for a Smithing 70+ shout and i thought i could do some easy gil, so i told him the price i want and he accepted. (i think 20k for a Odorous Knife synth is a fair price).

so he traded me and i crafted. the first synth was a break with full loss. then i did the second synth and it said synth interrupted and i lost all items.

i tryed to explain it to him, so he could call a gm or something since its not my fault, but this is what came out.

i had it before with a darksteel pick. i called a gm and they said that the game works properbly it just happens, no return for me.

Are you sure you lost it? When I get the "interrupted/lost" thing, I don't actually lose anything. Last time I got that message, when I checked my inventory I found HQ Dusk trousers...

i was responding to the post by "themainman" who was suggesting that a GM might recover the items and i was expressing that as unlikely.

i didnt move at all, its second time it happen to me. i think the R and S were pretty high, no idea
