quick question about runic keys

i'm currently working my way up nyzul. i run with a group and we all have floor 60 registered on our discs. my question is, when we get to floor 95 and all have floor 95 registered, when player1 initiates entry to 96-100 and win, does only player1 get a runic key upon success? or all players with previous floors complete?

I just cleared 100 last night, and the runic key just appeared in our Permanent Key Items list, there was no message at all. kind of strange..

The message appears when the boss dies, not when you touch the doohickey. I freaked out as well when we cleared 100, since I hadn't seen it.

That makes more sense, but at the time my chatlog was fubar for whatever reason, I couldn't scroll up without the entire log blanking..
