Window opens every 12 hours (for 30 mins I believe) during any of the single or double wind weather spawns. If it has not popped in the last 12 hours, it will definitely spawn during the last 15 minutes of its next 12 hour window (barring clear weather, of course).

No Kreutzet window opens exactly 9 hours after its last death/despawn. It has a chance of spawning during wind weather after the window opens. I have seen it take as long as 14 hours to pop. I camped it for 4 days and did not see any point when its spawn was "forced" by being outside of a window or anything.

It is a 9-12 hour pop with 30 minute windows. If there is no weather when it rolls to pop, it will pop ~30 seconds after the next wind weather begins. The 30 second thing is caused by the fact that zones check if mobs are ready to pop in 30 second intervals. If a mob in a zone pops at xx:yy:17, all pops until that zone server goes down will be at xx:yy:17 or xx:yy:47.

Easily soloable by NIN/DNC and RDM/NIN. THF/NIN can solo it too, but that's a tad harder.

It's not hard on thief either, you just need a good eva build and either a great ranged acc build(carry gear for all slots, use sushi, etc) or the easiest option.. bring a hi-potion tank and empty it while camping, 10-15 potions is usually fine but it's not expensive to just use a whole tank each pop.

Kreutzet is terribly easy to solo as RDM/NIN.

Except that with SK not being 100% and it being a bitch to camp, you might not WANT to solo it on anything other than THF. And soloing it on THF is pretty sensitive to screw ups/bad luck.

This reminds me of when I asked LS to kill it for me .Aspi was due and we claimed with a chi-blast in front of best LS on the server.We attacked it full on with warriors 2hr and 3 mnk hundred fists.....it spammed that f*%+ing wind attack nearly 4 times.
As i said to my ls at the time, I've never been so proud and embarrssed in my life.

I still need this dagger now that i use thf again,I might try solo!
