Melon +1 is pretty much the only thing I'll use on blm
Melon+1 if I feel like springing for the good stuff and have a decent expectation that I'll live for the full hour

Goblin Mushpots for me on RDM; I'm a fucking whore for extra MND.
For BLM (only level 60 for farming Giant Scales) and SCH I like Cream Puffs. (Delicious INT for a Galka.)
And I was unaware that RDMs ate food.
you know, I honestly have a hard time remembering the last time I ate food on rdm.
when things are setup to go right (when you have more then the absolute minimal required for battles, people accually doing their jobs) food doesn't seem to do a whole lot for rdm.
I use to use Marron Glace alot to push me up to 1100hp/mp convert, but it was really over kill, I almost never use that kinda MP, even in some of the more desperate fights.
SCH and BLM it's all about cookies hMP for me, my rdm can get away with almost never taking a knee in any fight, but neither of those jobs can
Food on RDM:
Will sometimes use Marron Glace for meriting to force sanction refresh to proc sooner.
During mission or quest-related stuff, Witch Kabob's yo.
I never use INT food on RDM, and likely never will.
BLM: Situational. I mostly use Puffs (HNM, sea, dynamis, etc) and Melons on stuff I may need to regain MP quickly; basically, B2 and Ouryu.
SCH: Puffs no doubts. Helices go!
BLM: Used to use Melon Pie+1 just so I can have exactly 1k MP in my nuking setup (Hume), but have recently switched to using Cream Puffs if I ever use food.
RDM: Coffeecake Muffins every now and then.
The only food I even carry anymore is Cookies. I loooove hMP and I believe cookies give me more of a good thing. I feel like the bonus hMP I get from the cookies far outweighs the few INT I'd get from eating something else on BLM. On WHM and RDM I'm rarely in a situation where I need to eat food, but I carry cookies if the opportunity to rest presents itself.
Personally for me, my RDM carries Melon Pies +1, great for soloing Sky NM's as the extra MP is nice and even tho not 100% proven I'm a believer that INT helps with Grav/Bind.
Mushroom Stew, use this most often, during Salvage, Dynamis, Limbus and so on. Added MND makes for good Enfeebles and HMP and MP+ makes it more worthwhile.
Goblin Mushpot, use this for HNM style things, gods/jailers so on and so on. The MND makes for awesome enfeebles.
For my BLM I always carry these with me.
Melon Pie+1, use this most often, the added MP and HMP is great and they aren't costly at all. Used in mostly exping and Limbus/Dyna/Salvage and so on.
Cream Puff/Crimson Jelly - Use this for harder end game situations where I worry more about resists.
Ambrosia - Sometimes I use this for end game mobs but not too often, tend to save this for when duoing Stats in sky trying to farm Dio and get some good exp, those bitches resist hardcore sometimes, also I know when I go there that I'm palnned to be there for a good couple hours so I don't feel like I'll be wasting it.
I always carry those foods on me so I'm ready for w/e comes up.
