Agreed. Most children, especially those who are still Trick or Treating, don't give a damn about politics, if they're even aware of them. That's simply cruel, and idiotic. Who would convert to supporting McCain after that experience? I certainly hope someone returned her "kindness" by TPing her house, or throwing rotten eggs at it.

Sure, she'd blame it on Obama, but who cares? She's clearly nuts, and even if you completely remove the political part of it, she was still a bitch to children. She'd totally deserve it.

Probably was a gag. Or crazy old people. Anecdote tiem. I knew this one guy who was soy loco, and he stopped giving out candy on halloween because he was afraid kids would find razor blades in their candy and he'd get blamed for it. Never once in my life have I ever heard about that ever happening.

Reminds me of this one lady I saw this year when I took my little sister Trick or Treating. We went down this one street and she got her candy, and then later I got kind of lost, and figured it was a street we had already been to but I wasn't sure so I figured we might as well go down anyway. So I watch as she walks up to the door, says "trick or treat", and this witch of a woman was like "you've already been here" and refuses to give her candy, all while handing it out to the kids next to her.

By the way, did I mention my sister has down syndrome? Seriously, God forbid one kid get an extra piece of candy!

Some old couple in my old neighborhood gives out apple pie / pumpkin pie slices, and hot apple cider, instead of candy. That was the BEST fucking house, EVER. They had a big table set up outside and they just constantly baked the pies until midnight.
