Dynamis - Xarcabard (Need Tips and Strategies for a newcomers.)

Hey there guys; I know there's a bunch of Dynamis strategy websites out there like DynamisBums and Obsidian (among others), but none of these really give information for "first time" zone explorers and I was curious as to input from you guys as to what a new group, first time for about 75% to Xarcabard, should do and such? Where to camp; which time mobs to get or skip, etc.

Our Dynamis runs are normally low-manned with a group of 18-24 so I'm hoping that there can be ways around ridiculously large pulls (as in more than about 8 Kindred at once), but if it can't be avoided then we'll deal with it.

We more than likely don't plan to go for the win, but a strategy of how to get through all five NM towers and the recommended order would be helpful.

Also, if you can specify the mobs (based on number) to get/skip on the map provided below this would help immensely. Thank you.
