We have exciting news for all of the budding artists out there: the Fan Festival 2008 Art Contest prizes have been revealed on the official website! We're proud to announce that the first-place winner in each category will receive a brand-new PC! Don't worry if you were unable to secure a ticket to the event; art contest entries will be accepted regardless of Fan Festival attendance. The "if you do not live in these areas" is referencing the "residents of the United States" clause, not the "residents of RI, AZ, and Puerto Rico" clause. I know it's confusing because the placement of the modifying information puts it as immediately preceding the "if you do not live in these areas" line, but the parentheses mean you end up ignoring that bit for purposes of figuring which areas they mean.

If you're drawing anything, it's a SE character to begin with, so it's not like you'll be making money off it. If you're afraid of them altering it or something, you'll always have the original.

The case was enormous and very solidly constructed. Likewise their huge heatsink, looks like it something from under the hood of a sports car. Altogether I think the system weighted about 50 pounds or so.
