I don't play, but there's something I'm curious about. I heard at some point Blizzard released statistics on how many players had killed certain bosses and what not, in part using it to justify the LFR system and related perks. What I'm curious about are those numbers and a general relation to the game's population, as I suspect it could serve as a fair carry-over to other titles and the playing habits of people.

tl;dr Raiders think they own the genre. I think they're wrong and want proof.

I really think that raids should be 2, maybe 3 bosses max. So then you can have 4/5 raids out per tier.

Ain't nobody got time for real raids.

I haven't raided a single time since Pandas release, sans RF, and probably won't for a while.

I ruled out human female, while it had the best animations it looked the worst in my transmog. Dwarf and Gnome look great but when I start arenaing again I may regret not going human. Although it'll probably be with my RL friends so getting passed 2200 is unlikely and race shouldn't matter in that case.

We have no gnomes in the guild and only one dwarf in the raid. Ive never played either race, and the helm is a little obnoxious on gnome.

If you play Arms, male Pandaren 2h animations are ridiculously over-elaborate and amusing. The 1h and dual-wield animations aren't bad either.

Even when human racial has been the best, it's often been debatable. For example, Death's Verdict was a tossup with things like the actual extra cc breaks from gnome/ud, or the dps racials.

It wasn't until DBW that it all the sudden became "zomg holy shit human > all."

Same shit in cata, the difference was a lot smaller until DS trinkets, which got a nice hard nerf as soon as they became common.

So, yeah, it hasn't been consistently better at all, really.

Also, you didn't say always, but you should be careful with saying "human racials have consistently been better" instead of "emfh has been."

Cuz, if you don't clarify that you're referring to post emh, you're technically including the near worthless perception vs things like 30 second full fear/charm immunity wotf when everyone else had 5 minute trinkets that only removed certain cc and fear was about the most brokenly op shit in game against everybody else.

I have to, but the males look terrible to me in plate. And when the rest of the races get updates we'll all have lovely models........ in 2017.

Gnome is just so small, so it might be Dwarf just so I don't have to be a Human again. Still a damn hard choice, I'll probably end up switching again in 1-3 months.

Really don't like how goat weapons sit on the back. Dwarf seems like the final choice just because of how terrible human looks in pretty much every aspect. Standing, running, fighting, etc. PTR is fun, got to play with different transmogs and see what a bunch of stuff looked like.

Humans really are so damn bland. I have a couple of them that I really don't play very often. Female humans run stiff as a board. There's no bounce to it. The feet move, that's about it. Drives me nuts.

I love the little squeak Draenei chicks do when they're hitting something, it's cute as fuck.

Space Goat female is great, but some shoes look awful.

By far my favourite shoes would be plate T11, they all look like boots and "thickens" the feet, unlike some other boots (DK T12 and PLD T12 comes to mind) which take the same feet of the draeni and just skins over it.

That's one thing I don't like about Tauren and Trolls, you can't see the boots artwork. It's like bracers for ankles.

That is sweet. Also I thought the patch to transmog to main hand items was next patch (5.2) not current!

I fail to see why you bothered doing the legs though, the chest covers it! 40g wasted!

They really do have great ones, but pretty much everything is better than Human male as far as animations go.
