lol, i can understand wanting to change your race as a one time thing, those "starter" intros dont look anything like the real characters... but its a little late in the game for that now lol. cross-server forums might have a problem if that was enabled lol. Also, when you're not happy with your toon plasticsurgeon is just superficial, you still know that everyone else still sees your ugly ass so its not as appealing. But, going from hume to elvaan... why? ^^

as a side note, rather then race changes, didn't SE state they may introduce face changes?

hume stances dont compare to elvaan m stances imo, humes look like they can never hold a 2hander weapon without a look of struggle on their face. Theyre chest sticks out and what is with the one foot sticking out the other while standing idle ;x Elvaan m please for coolness +10.

I could see flaws with race change but as a one time / pay thing similar to a world transfer I don't see much of a hassle. Also plasticsurgeon is exactly superficial so yeah doesent really feel great that your pretending to be something else, i never found switching .dats around and such appealing. I'm sure many ppl in general would give anything for a one time race change. Something to bring up in the fanfest to the developers!

You can, it's costs a decent amount of money and atleast 3 months.

No, the app above doesn't fix the problem easily. Sure, you see your race change, but you're the only one. Some people prefer to share their character.

For the record, I'm not so sure I want to change my race(although I used to want to), but I still support the idea.

However, it seems more likely that if S-E ever un-tightened their asses about it, they would play it like Server Change, what with the $25 fee and extensive time limit between changes.

Delete character, make mule with it's name on a seperate POL account or have a friend do it, call SE and have character restored, pick whatever name you want

What happens if you already race specific activities and have race specific items? Race Change is a stupid idea.
