The original reason I got it was to point out to one of my older shittier raid members that they suck.

Started using an actual UI mod. I am satisfied.
Was doing some random BG's on the euro realms and somehow managed to get an arrow perma stuck to my hand :S

just dismiss and resummon, should fix it.
^this, happens to me in the molten front daily area more than anywhere else.
Takie: Wow I've examined our armory after seeing your stats. I'm really surprised that you've not gemmed stamina at all and I'm very impressed by how you've got 161k base HP and yet retain over 100% avoidance! I'm so jealous! I was comparing your paladin to mine and I just noticed, despite being 1 tier of gear behind you, I've mainly gemmed stamina in a few areas and I still only have 159k HP. I know the higher tier of gear is playing its thing here but I'm really shocked to see you breach 50% block all the way to 69!
I'm very tempted to drop my HP trinkets/gems and copy your way of gemming/enchanting to see if I can feel a difference. But so maths wise, every incoming melee hit for you will either be 31% reduced damage (on top of your armor? I forget the exact maths or method, does that mean about 86% (assuming the armor is 55%)) or mitigated by parry/dodge. Is that right? Or is there some other RNG factors I didn't consider.
My Paladin's an alt, so won't see fireland/full 378 gear for sometime.
Stamina is a pretty weak stat for tanks for most firelands fights I find. Haven't yet done H.Alys though, and I hear the tanks get the shit beat out of them on that one.
Was soloing Northrend dungeon achievements last week. Forgot I took this screenshot. Thought the area was neat.

Prot is better. just sayin'
It can have a little RNG come into play with those hatchlings, they become unhappy at 15 seconds, and after that, rng comes in two parts. 1) they have to actually hit you for tantrum to proc, and when they do hit you its a 20% chance to tantrum. You can have them unhappy for 40 seconds sometimes, while others they tantrum right away. Anyway, as for damage, I tank that fight in cat gear (mastery reforged, 26 expertise, hit cap, all agi gems...maybe a stam trinket or two) and really don't take *that* much damage. The biggest tip I can give you for that fight is after the first burnout, her firestorm comes much quicker for the immediate phase. (Burnout -> eggs hatch -> firestorm or whatever its called, much less time than normal...need to save dps cooldowns to kill hatchlings here)
9 times out of 10, if a tank died it's cause they fucked up. Lava Worm Spew and Brushfire both hit like a truck...I rarely see tank deaths that are not related to a completely avoidable mechanic. The bird damage is pretty low, considering healers can spam inefficient heals all day long and then get full mana before the only "hard" healing part of the fight. Aurik's stamina assessment doesn't really change on Alysrazor IMO. Stamina is only a strong stat when there's a burst of magical, unavoidable, uncooldownable damage. Basically H-Nef type fight. Outside of that, it's pretty weak, but really once you're at ctc cap, everything is pretty weak...

Finally got the acheev on one of my toons >.>
I was bored pre 4.2 and I was like hmmmm what to do. Queued for the new BG thing as frost DK and ran around spamming howling blast. Got wrecking ball in like 2 mins of my first time in that BG.
