Asked a while back, and don't remember getting any clear answer. Anyone know how "+2% spell interrupt" works? Is it a raw % substracted to the "chance of interupt" after every hit, or it's a 2% increase on the already low chance to not get interupted.
8% sound pretty good for utsu recast and solo if it make the interupt rate go from 95% to 87%. However, it could be worthless if it's 95% - (8%x5%)
