Can't access a folder/question on a .dll

Yesterday i had to uninstall a program, in doing so, i managed to accidentally move a HUGE folder (6.5-7 GB) into the folder where i was uninstalling a program. However, now the program folder shows up as containing 0 bytes, and even worse, i can't access what is inside the folder. I tried to run an anti-virus program on it and nothing came up, and i don't know what to do since it is eating up a large amount of space (my comp is old, only has around 25gb) if i had more memory to blow i wouldn't care, but i would like to know wtf is going on.

Also, whenever i start up firefox, spyware terminator blocks out a file called "msqpdxkdapgipx.dll" and i did a search on it and nothing came up, anyone know if its harmless/harmful?

Before you start looking at these files, did you reboot and try to access the files?
