BOYNTON BEACH, FL--A 66-year-old man was arrested by Boynton Beach Police after he called 911 to report the Burger King he was at was out of lemonade.

Jean A. Fortune was taken into custody just before midnight on charges of Misuse of 911 Communication, after police say he called the emergency service after employees at Burger King told him they had run out of the beverage he requested.
