Futurama- Into the Wild Green Yonder

So it has leaked to the internets. Frankly I am a bit disappointed, primarily because its the end of the show...again. However over all it still seemed a bit weak. I rank the movies 1>4>3>2

It was weak, yet still ranked second for you? What's that say for #3 and #2?

well I liked the D&D-ness of 3, and 2 just seemed stupid. 4 at least had a few decent jokes, and some sense of finality.maybe id go 1342

I was really looking forward to this last movie, but now I am scared to watch it after seeing the responses in this topic. ;/

Is this hosted on a streaming site? I wouldn't mind watching it

    1>2>3 imo. Haven't seen 4 but I didn't find Bender's game funny at all.

This is truly dissapointing. The movies did nothing to help the shows greatness other then part one.

Honestly, I dont think Futurama was meant to be movies. You have to develop some kind of story to go on for all that time when really it would be better in a 30min ep. I still wish they made more eps instead of making movies.

Would you rather these movies be rewritten as four 30-min episodes, each picking up where the last left off?

The last one was definately much better than the third for me. Not too sure about how they ended it though.

I thought it had a strong start, but once the Bender side-story finished up, it felt as if the producers were like, "Oh shit, that's right, we have that green energy story to do." and then came an hour of boring.

You people are crazy, this episode was great.

First movie was probably the best (emotional, funny, and clever use of time travel), but the 4th one was the one that made me laugh the most.

wasn't as bad as everyone in this thread was saying. movie #1 should have been the last one though. just tack on the ening of #4 to it somehow.

The part with Layla and Fry near the end felt more like a "oh damn, we forgot to add some closing" moments than a real development. It's a shame, because they proved us many times they can do good emotional scenes.

Agreed about the Leela/Fry thing..but I guess over the movies + episodes, they did get a lot of development anyway.

It was a pretty good movie though.

After watching that movie, that was probably my second favorite of the movies (the 1st movie being the best). I thought it was actually a good way of ending the series, and actually had a lot of funny moments as well.
