Let's see what I can add to the old screenshot bonanza.

This was my old LS I made for camping "HNMs" camping KA without a ToD...it amazes me how stupid I was back then.

Same LS going to Roc without a ToD, pretty sure we lost it to a group of 3 RMT even though we brought an entire alliance.

16m ingot break, pretty sure I leveled with RK mail till 75 after that.

Obligatory waterfall pic, I used War Beret +1 because everyone had Optical Hat and I wanted to be unique.

Ballista matches back in the day were packed.

Just thought this was cool.

I loved Nin/drk tanking back when it was possible, this is one of the only pictures I have of it though.

Jesus, I had a total fucking Madeleine moment looking at this. Opening up the party menu and judging the group's potential by the number of people with subjobs and higher ranks... in the dark study of our cold farmhouse, on a dial-up AOL modem, with the distinctive smell of the electric fire as it burnt the layers of dust that had settled on top of it. I miss those days terribly, although getting to 18 was a fucking monumental test of will and patience.

I sometimes can't believe just how much time things took back then. As a noob you'd spend like 90 minutes getting to Valkurm from Windurst (assuming no deaths by Yagudo, Goblins, Banshees or Sea Horror), wait another couple of hours for a party, wait at least another hour before the party began, then usually wipe after a few mobs. And they say Dark Souls is hardcore.

Nothing like the feeling of satisfaction of a job well done. Oh the amount of feels of that feeling... the best part of FFXI

Wow, I actually knew Saturian in FFXI way back in the day. Well, I was in a linkshell with her... Oh god, demon slayers.. The horror! I remember all kinds of shitty LS drama from that shell. Lots of pictures of my old long quit friends(And a few who are still playing when they were still nublets!) Thanks for the memories, Reve.

That was actually a macro specifically for ballista so people wouldn't wake/unbind my target.

There's a warrior on Valefor that still has /emotes and vocal lines in his WS/Zerk macros. It's pretty obnoxious.

We've got a Galka WHM on Siren who does the same thing, only his emotes are in all his spell macros....

Chatmon gets pretty annoying, pretty quick.
