Chocobo NPC locations in WOTG areas?

Where can I find a list with all the Choco NPC's residing in the past. I know the cities have them, and in the middle of Meph Mountains there is a NPC.

I haven't played in awhile. So I figured there would be more new areas with choco npcs.
