Do any of you ws in heca gear cause i found that the +Slow after the ws kinda gimps the real potential of Catastrophe aftermath ,so i been using af+1 hands and Ares ,and now without the + Slow gear i been pumping out a ton more DOT and 3X the WS's.
Any comment anyone ?

Use spellcast or hit your macros faster, if you're WSing as soon as you hit 100 you should be able to change back without a single attack round in your WS gear.

I think if you swap fast enough you won't notice the slow.

i swap very fast and still notice the delay ,idk ill test it out later today i guess again >.>

delay from slow/haste gear is calculated when you swing, unless you're attacking in your ws gear it's not delaying you at all

I've always wondered how exactly spell cast works. Is it easy to configure? I ask because I have multiple builds for each ws or would it just be a hassle to swap builds on the fly?

If you have any basic programming knowledge it's extremely easy to configure. You can set up a ton of rules however you like, checking anything from the mob's name to the zone you're in to whether focus is up to determine which gear swaps to do. If you don't have any programming knowledge there's a slight learning curve, but it's not real programming and not hard to pick up for anyone who isn't a drooling retard.. just takes a bit. people have pretty much covered it, time it right and its not a problem. If you lag like a bitch at certain events and can't time it reliably, you would be better off making an alternative WS set with aces/onyx/ares for those situations, or if your TP gear is good enough just WS in that during LR.

There was a program that told you when you where about to attack again. Veggie remembers me using it as use to WS and get like 35% TP return.

Just a note on Spellcast, I've always done my macros with <stnpc> and <stpc>, Spellcast doesn't support subtarget for whatever reason (at least it didn't when I was trying to use it), so I gave up on it. =/ For someone who is inured completely to having subtarget macros, it just doesn't fly.

Makes no difference. If you wait to use s and time it where u melee during the animation or just ws and wait the delay, takes the same amount of time

To use <stnpc> with spellcast, I do macros with

/stare motion <stnpc>
/ma Spell <lastst>

I thought this was fixed a while ago? I use subtarget for everything.
