Anyone ever discover what happened to Marriage certificates?

Alright, yes I admit the priority of this topic is pretty low but I can't find anything anwhere on the supposed 3 marriage certificates that were placed in the game on the March update of 2008.

All the wiki's have the item listed as a piece of furniture, rare ex etc. But I have yet to see any information on how to obtain one.

I was officially married in game last week, so has anyone ever heard of how to get one?

Answered my own question. This is yet another item in the data files and online databases (BG wiki, wikipedia, allakhazam, ffxi-ah), but was never probably "implemented". Or so claims a GM.
