Also what the fuck is the deal with invasions? I figured they would be a weekly thing for some decent loot, and that doing the Apexis dailies would basically guarantee an invasion each week (because it fucking should). Why do I need to go out into a farm group and just grind the shit out of mobs in hopes ill have an invasion.

I've only had 2 invasion total so far. Is it all RNG or what?

Aside from the tutorial one, I haven't even had one, and I've been keeping up with Daily crystal farming. They really should just change it to a weekly quest because if you have to do 1k of just one type of mob a week, you're going to have to spend a lot more time then just doing daily crystal runs.

Yeah, it also defeats the whole kill harder mobs for more crystal bar progression as well.

The weekly sounds fine to me, since I think you can only get loot from it once per week anyways right? Have not tried it again since doing a random invasion for some pug

I never saw this, and wondered why I was disconnect to in-game chat, then shortly re-connected. I hear it's fixed now, so maybe that's part of what Bliz did to apply a fix.

Everquest downtime was the worst overall. Not that Blizzard doesn't suck at times too but major patches having 16-24 hour downtime was horrible. I stopped expecting accurate downtime years ago though lol. Been catching up on walking dead in the meantime.
