Fucking stupid ending
Fucking stupid ending
I can't believe it's been 13 years since the manga started.
That shit was so rushed.
I should have stopped reading when the gratuitous nudity ended in like Volume 3 or earlier
If anyone is interested or looking for a good music manga, check out Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. It's like a mix of Nodame Cantabile and Sakamichi no Apollon.
Pros- Each chapter is like 45+ pages long.
The characters are both likable and hate-able.
Great music manga
Great romance manga too (so far)
Cons- Romance manga (if you're not into that)
Only 9 chapters so far and releases are frustratingly far apart
Wallman, new manga by the guy that does Sun-Ken.
Hope it doesn't detract from Sun-Ken. I'm all for a new series from the guy, but focus on Sun-Ken first. He already has me invested for whatever project he chooses to do so in the future.
Sorry, didn't see you had replied to me.

edit: while on the topic of Manga, I read B Gata H Kei. Enjoyed it and was sad that there wasn't more to it. Next on my list is The Dissociation of Haruhi Suzumiya.
FFFUUUUUUUUUU can't wait for next week's Breaker!
So, for anyone that follows/cares about Deadman Wonderland, seems like next chapter (chapter 58) is the final chapter. It says September issue though, not sure if that means it is on break for a month meaning 2 months until the final chapter or how these release exactly. >.>
Kinda sucks. Year or two break due to the author's pregnancy only for her to end it like 3-4 issues after. Though I kind of feel like it lost momentum prior to the break since it was hard to give a fuck about the creepy old guy playing bodysnatcher villain and his conveniently available minions.
Been reading this karate-ka manga for a while now and it's getting really good. Definitely a good read for those that love martial arts.
Karate Shoukoushi Kohinata Minoru
.:edit:. If anyone knows any others, I'd be glad to hear of those.
New Sun-Ken. Even without fights, damn brilliant!
Came here to post that lol. Damn good chapter, looks like shits about to get really real.
EDIT: Random thought but anyone else get a Suikoden vibe with the way Sun-Ken recruits people for his gang? He's literally the silent hero who the enemy always sees the righteousness in lol.
Spoiler: show
One Punch Man Chapter 33 aka HOLD DAT BITCH!
Last page is blank Q_Q
OPM needs to just come out with a 1000 page chapter.
Found a new awesome manga it seems to be weekly and I think it will be the next big one. currently at chapter 35
Nanatsu no Taizai
The "Seven Deadly Sins", a group of evil knights who conspired to overthrow the kingdom of Britannia, were said to have been eradicated by the Holy Knights, although some claim that they still live. Ten years later, the Holy Knights have staged a Coup d'état and assassinated the king, becoming the new, tyrannical rulers of the kingdom. Elizabeth, the king's daughter, sets out on a journey to find the "Seven Deadly Sins", and to enlist their help in taking back the kingdom.
The characters start out already insanely strong so it is a nice change from starting out weak. There is some greater story behind this but we don't know much yet.
For reference by strong I mean the main character took out a whole kingdom solo in his anger.

The series will begin running in the first September issue of Jump.
Takashi is know for his books steeped in Japanese history. Notable works include The Man who Broke the Tiger: Kiyomasa of the West on the samurai Katô Kiyomasa and contributions to a book on Sengoku Basara 3 character Date Masamune, who is based on a real-life Japanese figure.
