Why would you assume he can punch that fast? It's been his Hyper Intuition from the very beginning. The bullet Reborn shot him with freed him from his reliance on the V. Gear and went back to his basic yet most powerful NATURAL abilities.

In interesting thing to point out is that he's still using the same Hell Ring (4/6 have been shown in the series I believe now) and it's the same ability he used in the future arc that he just used now. Whether he's the big bad or not is left untold but the manga is very simple in these respects. It's usually 1 bad that eventually leads up to the real Big Bad. At least, that's been the theme for the past 3 arcs.

Don't forget that we got a really, REALLY shitty translation for it. Better to wait for mangastream to put out the release.

I hope they do this more often makes the fights easier to ready, hate waiting.

Considering the pacing yea I don't mind too much, I stopped actively caring about Ippo after the last few fights so getting everything in bursts like that is nice. RRR blew it out of the water.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn had their final chapter! Definitely a good series to just sit, read through and laugh along the way.
