Keep in mind Father had regenerated his life supply somewhat recently (in context to story timeline, anyway). After Lust died, if I recall. And while some of the damage he took was certainly brutal, I don't think you can immediately call getting your hands lopped off a deathblow. So, figure he had a full tank, and possibly just having a naturally higher supply of lives than some of the others given his nature.

We're currently at mid chapter 89. There are 16 more chapters to animate. Currently each anime episode is about a chapter and a half long. Do the math, the anime is not going to run out of materials if the manga finishes in 2 months.

Would say it's still possible to stretch out some of the manga content in anime form, too. While I have no gripes with what's gone down in the past few months, some of it has felt rushed here and there.
