You can land Stun on whatever he's casting prior to Charged Whisker and he will not use it.

Otherwise you need to anticipate it and pre-Cure.

We had some success with kiting him but we were half weakened. I believe sleeping adds -> picking them off one at a time whilst someone kites the NM would work. Then you would just continue to kite while nuking and r.atk. If you're too far away, charged whisker won't hit you/won't activate. It also stops to cast magic frequently.

Can kite courel around rock np while you kill babies, then just straight up kill it and stun casts.

I would use those in ichi macro for the 0.00001% chance counter fires on a double attack during recast and I get to flip out with lolz.

Got a Panther Mask with 7 acc and 7racc from Tiger in Batallia. Came with a Wootz Ore.
Cardinal Vest with +1 str and +7racc from Peiste in Pashhow. Came with an O Ingot.

Add: D28, CHR 5 Lizard Killer Resist Para Haste +2%

I ran into this conflict making my list as well. Since there were no pictures of either Tiger or Panther Mask with augments it was hard to know because different posts have said different things. However, I've seen far more people say Panther Mask so I believe this is what it is. I'd really appreciate if someone could post a pic of augmented Panther Mask just to settle this once and for all.

Just did the 6 Raptor & Courel NM and won random on Igqira Manillas with augmented stats of Conserve MP+1 & Enmity+2. Lol.

The Raptors are a joke but the Courel NM is no joke. We had 10 ppl and it was tough. I suggest you bring a rdm/drk or drk's to stun his charge move. Otherwise his AOE can wipe an unprepared group. He will resist stun at some point. Paralyze sticks very easily.

Stun isn't needed. I did the courel nm last night with 6 and was easy. Pld kited around rock, melee killed raptors. Then when it was time for courel all we did was straight tank him and kill. When he begins casting magic on himself start moving back b/c his charged whisker will follow, after that's done go back in and repeat until dead. Setup was pld/rdm/brd/whm/sam/sam

isn't that just 5 delay off if the delay on the weapon is 20? that doesn't sound that impressive if that's what you're oggling at. counter+5 is obviously nice though.

well that's my point. delay on the weapon is only 20. is it 25% of your total delay, your base delay, or the delay on the weapon?

It says -25% Delay which makes it a higher DMG similar delay to Waghs (or maybe lower if that's total delay -25%?), small Automaton bonus, and Counter +5. Which overall is pretty nice.

Can you read? The difference between DMG and Delay is quite a difference indeed.

Edit: to further on the point, 122 delay*.75=91 Delay, which is similar to that of most knuckle type H2H (Spharai etc). So that makes this more comparable to Koenigs.
