Starring the chick from Lost. Looks pretty dope for a T.V show. Seems like a movie for crying out loud, really interested to see them drag this out over season(s).

Nice. I really liked the original 80's version of this, one of the my favourite sci-fi films tbh.
I kinda feel like they took some ideas from Independance Day though, lol
Remember in the original V when a human lady got impregnated by an alien and had a green monster baby? That was awesome.
I hadn't even heard they were remaking this. I barely remember the old series. Starred the guy from the Beastmaster and had some really unbelievable looking aliens. This looks interesting though.
/Null, King of the Fod Thread, you might want to edit your post and add blonde to the chick from Lost's description so all the Evangline Lilly fans don't get their hopes up.
And they have Morena who was a companion from Firefly... Oddly enough, it reminds me of Earth: Final Conflict where she might be taking on the role of a different kind of companion in comparison between the three? lol
Keep the Lost writing staff far far away from this series and it might actually work out.
This actually looks pretty interesting. Seems like it will air sometime in Fall 2009, I will most likely check this out.
I'm excited to see Joel Gretsch in more sci-fi stuff! I miss The 4400
The original V was more along the lines of Earth: Final Conflict as well as the movie They Live in terms of story/theme, but I'd be interested to see how this turns out with modern screenwriting and layered mysteries.
I'm pretty sure they purposely waited until Battlestar Galactica was finished before coming out with this to avoid obvious comparisons, but without the action of BG they'll have to keep the story moving relatively quickly if they want it to be successful.
I'll be watching, really excited they remade this.
they live lol.
Loved that movie
i hope that will smith is in this
At first I was like, "Independance day rip-off?"
Then I was like, "Dude Where's my Car rip-off."

"We're really hot chicks."
Elizabeth Mitchell? I'm down.
I don't understand the Independence Day comparisons. Alien ships parked over cities = Independence Day?
The E:FC stuff I get though. I loved that show, too bad it got so lame.
