I don't think the update is that light, it seems on par with with the past couple of updates, which isn't an excuse because of how infrequent the updates are, but yeah.

Just looked back at the Diablos update to see if it was as poor as this one, Dreamland Dynamis, big DRG update and Bahamut fight were the highlights. So... yea...

I get what you are saying, but SE is posting shit for everyone is the thing. Ya this could of been saved, but E rod users have been asking for more then a equal LU that cant brake for years.

So they posted this to make them happy, no matter how small our pop is. All fishers are happy about this(E rod and people aiming for it)

Now the way I read it is that we will get a higher cap then 200 fish. I do wish it would help more on the larger fish. If it does it could fix some the things they did to fishing to stop RMT. the darn cap should just be taken away for Lu shang users and E rods tbh.

You should play some free MMOs sometime (the ones where you have to pay real money to get anything in those games), then compare it to FFXI.

Would you rather spend $1000s to get the basics of the MMO you play, shitty upkeep and really no updates other than "bug fixes" or would you rather pay $12+/month to get the basics, solid service and actual updates? Compared to many MMOs..even with shitty teasers and "useless additions" FFXI is still ontop of the MMO market when you get down to it.

I guess people were expecting some more job updates or something, it's amazing how fast people forget about what other stuff SE is adding when they make shitty teasers like these lol.

On the actual update day, you will see the new HNM in Xarcabard and the new Avatar. Hell maybe even combat merit increase in cap. 0_o?
We are also forgetting that Recall-Xarcabard magic should be released too right? (Unless that comes with the update that brings Castle Z.Keep.).

Lets just take this whoosh like pornstars and wait to the day of the version update to cry.

ya, RMT could make gil off it i guess. E rod would suck and be limited to high ass lvl fishers only. and they could not get it b4 they got banned to use it.

Maybe they should put a cap on when you can use the Lu Shang, like post 40 skill only or something. before that any old rod would work. take cap off and bam once you hit 40 its gil making time.

I am on a small ass server and I have had mine for like 2 months now, in that time Iv helped 3 fishers get a rod and am helping a 4th. A fisher helped me get my rod, so at the least that is 5 people with the rod and a 6th soon if lik are in the mood for the poor guy[/sarcasm]
