Yea, then again he was too new for a fight like Rampage, I think this fight makes more sense. He gets to look like a stud against another middle of the road fighter, gets paid and maybe gets the Forest/Chael winner or something.

At least when it happened in the good olde' days it was because dudes fought bare minimum 4 times a year. So that's 2 squash matches and 2 real match ups. Anderson has fought twice a year for 4 years running. This will be one of the 2 fights you see Anderson fight this year. You can't just throw anybody at him.

lol apparently Anthony Johnson wanted to fight Jones. Sad thing is, I think he has a better chance than anyone JJ has fought so far, or is going to fight. He's a big motherfucker.
Nevermind, forgot that his loses were all RNC's... lol. Can you imagine the fight standing though? He definitely has power to knock people out.
