So, I'm up to 24 on my Witchblade now. I'll hit 25 tomorrow, then I can do the second class change. I'm going to go Warden, because it focuses on magic and ranged attacks while Slayer is more melee oriented. The game really gets more fun with each new skill that I pick up. In coming spoiler with a few screens:

Our guild was the best guild until Korea banned us all. Also Shaman feels like a completely different class when you get levitate, it's ridiculously awesome.
I changed my class to Warden today. The class gets three new spells at 25. One of them gives your physical attacks a chance to freeze enemies, and the buff lasts 3 minutes. The other two are featured in the screens below. The first is a big ass ice wall. It does damage if there are any mobs nearby when you make the wall. Both enemy and Warden physical attacks can't get through it, but the Warden's magic can pass through no problem. It's terrific to use to bottleneck an entrance, or as a way to keep a tougher monster/boss locked down after you knock them down. The third new spell is a quick moving giant glowing ball. It will travel forward for about five seconds, and it doesn't stop if it hits something. Witchblade has a spell called Ice Crystal that shoots out a big, slow ball of ice that explodes and knocks back when it hits. You can send that out first, then the glowing ball. The ice crystal will hit first, then the glowing ball will carry them away after the knock back. Nothing shy of a boss thus far as lived through that combo. I'm really having a good time with Warden, but it kind of sucks that the grind really turns on at 25. Oh, I should also note that Warden builds Fury meter incredibly quickly. Pre-Warden I would build one meter per dungeon. As a Warden it is about 5-7 meters per dungeon.

This week there was a patch that added a bunch of new skills to various classes, altered things like a boss' life bar, and most importantly added two new class change options. Hunter can now change to Shadow, and Shaman can opt for Reaper (note: In Korean it is 리퍼리스. 리퍼=Reaper. 리스=??? Going by just a phonetic translation, my best guess would be Reaperese. Until I can get a Korean guy to fill me in, I'll just call it Reaper.) Reaper looks dope as hell, so even though I love my Warden I think that my Shaman is going to be getting some work soon. Pictures below for new boss life bars, and a cool looking Reaper that I saw in town.

Wow. That game looks like so much fun. And it's implementing shit has about Vindictus as well.
Does this game not have a fatigue system in place? I figured it would since doesn't Korea still have that gaming law? Lol
Oh and I kinda chuckled at the "WWE" guild.
There is a fatigue system. If you notice in those screenshots there is a blue bar with a number in the middle between the skill bar and the exp meter. As you play, that ticks down. It starts at 100 every day. When that is used up then it turns into another bar that counts down from 200. When that is gone, you basically stop gaining exp. I personally have never burned through both bars, and I rarely even get into the 2nd bar. I imagine it would take 6hr+ to knock down both of them. Also, on weekends NHN will sometimes decide to randomly refill everyone's fatigue bar. I think I took screenshots of the message that pops up when that happens, but it basically just says "Thanks for playing! Enjoy your weekend with a fresh fatigue bar!"
As for the gaming law, that really doesn't exist as far as I know. The way that law was supposed to work, from what I remember, was that a game was supposed to have you select a block of time that you will be unable to log in every day. I think the blocks were 6 or 8 hours at a time. I personally have never had a game, be it f2p or subscription-based, make me go through that process. The only limit that I face is that my school doesn't allow you to connect to any game server prior to 6PM. There are about 40 internet cafes within a 5 minute walk from my dorm, so it's not like the option to play doesn't exist.
I see thanks for the info. Thought it was a "law" seeing as how a bunch of deaths and shit were coming from Korea due to them killing themselves from WoW and, god forbid it, Maplestory.
The way fatigue works iirc is that second 200 fatigue bar is a weekly thing, whilst the initial one is a daily one. If you use up all your daily you could then burn through the entirety of your weekly one and be outta luck until the next day.
Holy shit shaman get fuckawesome scythes. Also, your char is just asking to get raped..
God damnit Korea. I want to play C9.
Wow. Shamans getting scythes and what not later on is fuckwin. That chick with the school-girl look + scythe looks awesome..and yeah. Your character needs to get raped, fast. I wish to play C9 again so bad
Bump for some good news that apparently has been out there for like 2 months now, but apparently a new company took over C9 and they are working towards making it available internationally. I don't really have alot of info about it, but they have a website set up for it here http://vision.webzen.com/c9/
Its nice to know theres atleast a company working on translating and bringing it to people other than Korea
Meh, I'm more interested in TERA. They should have hopped on it sooner.
Hell yeah! Been waiting to play this for a long time now.
That's cool, there was no reason not to bring it over. Probably should make a new thread at some point.
Wonder why they would they would make a site in English if they aren't planning on localizing it hmm darn. Jet kinda assumed.
Bluehole/EME and Webzen. Two different companies making 2 completely different games. In my opinion, TERA blows this out of the water in every single aspect, but that's just because I personally prefer those type of games. For people who like these type of games more, this is clearly their game. I've been playing C9 since a few days before TERA KCBT launched and now after TERA KCBT has ended and can't bring myself to play it for more than 1hr a day, every few days. It's not my cup of tea, personally, but not a bad game at all. I think I'm level 6? Something like that. Oh and Tera has been in development for 3+ years now? Beta for 1.5 years and now finally officially released. They busted a Starcraft 2 on it, and playing Beta as much as I did, I can easily say it was the right thing to do.
F2P non-NA game not butchered with cash shops? Rare, and already too late for this game. Nothing bad though. F2P have to make money somehow and it's always nice knowing you can progress without actually having to pay anything if you play casually enough.
