Help me remember this anime title!

I saw a clip of an anime that I wanted to watch, but forgot the name of it, so I'm sure -somebody- here will be able to identify it.

In the clip it showed a big muscular guy walk over to a girl on a bed and try to "take advantage" of her, but she ends up squirming away and knocks him out with what seems to be a thermus full of water. I know that in this anime, water is very valuable because there's a low supply of it. From the looks of it, it seems to be a bit of an older anime
