Best I can find so far is ditching that ram, and comboing your PSU with this ram:

Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more!

Saves about $20, because the linked set of RAM also has free shipping.

I can't post links so search for these models on the Egg.

    HDD: WD3200AAKS
No reason to spend an extra $15 for the retail box. The warranty is the same on the OEM version and your motherboard will come with cables.

    PSU: Antec TP-550
Use coupon code ANTECAUG (expires soon) for $10 off, brings the price down to $69. Better quality PSU for a lower price. IIRC the only decent Thermaltake PSUs were the Toughpower models. Combo deal available that will get you a Phenom II X3 720 for $10 more than that 550BE you have listed (promo code doesn't stack).

    GPU: XFX HD-4870-ZHFC
No real point in spending extra for that small factory overclock, at the price of the card you had listed, you might as well spend a few bucks more for a 4890.

    HSF: Cooler Master RR-B10-212P-GP
The cooler you chose probably wouldn't allow for very much overclocking. Great bang for the buck with this cooler. Combo deal available with that case you have listed for $10 off.

    I haven't been following AMD CPUs/mobos lately so I can't comment there.

Total with those changes comes out to $647 w/ Phenom II X3 720 or $637 with the X2 550BE.
