Anyone ever have this happen before? (hacking attempt?)

Went to log in an account and opened up POL, and it brought me the screen you get when you first installed POL viewer....I had to re-enter login info and everything, and all of my saved profiles on POL viewer that I had were wiped. Seems like a plausible hacking attempt, but it could have been a hiccup in my comp's memory?

Any suggestions besides "lol ur dumb you got hacked", "get noscript" etcetc would be appreciated!

Also, I logged on using my most expendable account, everything seems to be working OK atm.

Happens occasionally. Most often after a dirty shutdown.

What thunder said, at first I assumed the guy who posted it was screwed but then others jumped in and said they've had it happen too with no problems after.
