The NBA season starts in 3 weeks, and the Preseason starts next week.

Alot has happend this offseason, with alot of teams making big moves to position themselves to make a run at the Lakers. As fans of our teams we all know who has who on their teams now. Like the Spurs won the draft by picking up Dejuan Blair, they also picked up Richard Jefferson, McDyess, Theo Ratliff, and Keith Bogans.

Some other news:

Al Jefferson is no longer fat, he lost 30 pounds

Delonte West got arrested for pretending he was Antonio Banderas. He hed shotguns and machine guns in a Guitar case. He was also missing from the first practice, but it was just practice, I mean PRACTICE?!

I'm looking forward to a great year in the NBA. My early prediction is Spurs Vs. Cavs in the finals. With my Spurs winning cause Cleveland sucks at all sports.

Get ready for a season full of free agent talk. The season hasn't started and I'm already sick of it. The media is going to be so focused on next year's offseason that I will be surprised if anyone will notice the actual games played this season.

It's nice for the Lakers to be a circus again. I sorta missed it. Last year was way too low key, needed more drama.

It brings me dismay to say that I'm a Warrior's fan...yay for a rebuilding year when you're the youngest team in the league!

But yea, predictions:

Anthony Randolph gonna beast it, most improved.
Steph Curry most improved just solely on the fact that he's on the Warriors and they're an offense only team.
Lakers will win again, Cavs will choke again, Magic will not do nearly as good as they did last year, Spurs will not win and do as well as expected due to the fact that most of their players are probably going to need hip replacements mid-season, Mark Cuban will continue to get mad, and Don Nelson still won't be in the hall of fame after the season ends and he has the most wins as a head coach all time.

Haven't had a vested interest in any one team since KG left Minnesota, since suddenly pretending to be a die hard Celtics fan is wrong for many levels. But I'll be following the East contenders, (this space was to say 'hope someone can hang with the Lakers in the West,' but they won't), and see if I can get any cheap tickets to Pistons games since they suck. But I have much respect for Prince, so it would be fun to see him play, I imagine.

Woo, going to the first game of preseason tonight, Jazz vs. Nuggets!

I know there are more Jazz haters on here than Jazz fans, but I'm excited to see if our core can actually stay healthy for 90%+ games this season and see where that gets us.
