    New Augments 11/09/09

    Hey all, you might remember me from the last two updates where I found some more augments. Well, as expected I found a few more. I might still be missing some, so let me know if you see anything not in here.

    Here's my full list right now, I bolded new ones from this update. Overall, I would say Puppetmaster benefits the most from the new augments.

    STORMWALKER SKILL PLUS OMGWTFBBQ?!

    3 more Stormwalker Magic Skill and PUPs get Thunder IV. Even 1 Magic Skill closer to that goal is a big deal..

    If someone figures out where to get this augment, i will return to FFXI to obtain it.

    Nice info thanks.

    I knew almost everything would be +1 >_> considering from the update notes you can add like 12+ slots on 1 peice of armor/weapon.

    Maybe for mnk it would be

    Hand-to-hand weaponskill: h2hskill +1
    Or Hundred Fists: h2h skill +1.

    You said it would be on a belt slot lol, I was thinking the same thing but lets say it was on the weapon as well... it would be just as useless, as I assume the syenergy won't work with r/ex weapons like destroyers, faiths, shenlongs spharai...

    If you could get the h2h skill +1 on hades sainti +1 however...

    I believe you can only add 3 slots to a single item

    They're not necessarily +1, that's just the way they're listed.

    Edit: At the top you can see 2 lines, 1 for HP+1, one for HP+33. HP+1 really means HP+1 through HP+32. I doubt we'll be adding 32 skill to weapons, but the point stands - it gives the low end in a range.

    Sorry for not clarifying, the system actually allows for up to +31(%) on any 1 slot, and there are 5 slots. I only put the base amount for each thing (set value to 1 and augment to its ID).

    Another thing to note: there has always been an EX flag just for augmented items, so SE could change a 1 to a 0 and choose to allow people to trade their augmented items. Also, any weapon or armor -could- be augmented if SE wanted.

    I wonder if this effects the frame, the frame + head, or the head.

    I hope it effects the frame, cause than this'll be true :3
