chocobo digging and new racing silks

has anyone experimented much with these? a friend of mine has confirmed that the blue is 150 items/day dug. i was wondering if anyone has confirmation on any of the other ones. ie, does sky blue increase the number or "rare" items you dig up, or does it only bump you up a bit if you are not capped skill already? and anyone played with the endurance vs jackpot silks for hot/cold?

I bought the White Silks, and they give you one more Dig in the Hot & Cold Game on my maxed digger.

Hearsay, but a friend had Hot&Cold endurance+1, and it gave him 1 more dig total, and jackpot? Hasn't worked yet
