Other points of interest are that as of this announcement it is already too late to create new characters to participate in the Bonanza (the 45 day cutoff was November 5, reactivation should be ok), and the prize claiming process begins the same day that the winning numbers are announced. Only two months of elevated account fees this time! :D

Correction on what I said before. Marbles can be purchased until January 15 at 1 AM PST, so the cutoff for character creation is actually December 1. Of course you really have to create before November 29 because of the usual registration server maintenance. Characters can also be reactivated for January only and participate, so only a month of higher fees.
