NFL Week 12 - The Turkey Day Massacre

Since it's Wednesday, and there's games in less than 24 hours, we need to get on the ball here. I'm taking it upon myself to start said ball rolling, and I have plenty of genitalia to go around for sucking if you don't like it.

    Just sayin'

    Onto the picks.
    Thursday morning:

Green Bay @ Detroit - Now I wouldn't say this is a gimme (except I already did, and...well...see the title), but we did beat them 26-0 last time and it looks like Matthew Stafford and Calvin Johnson are going to be doubtful at best, like last time...Green Bay has to get their D back together after losing Kampman and Al Harris for the season, and this should be the perfect chance to figure it out.

    Afternoon:
Oakland @ Dallas - Oakland just beat another good team. Dallas has looked like complete dogshit in their past two. I would love for a Dallas loss here, but no, just no.

    Night:
NY Giants @ Denver - Orton's back, and if one of the NFC wildcard teams is going to lose this week, this is the best chance.

    Sunday morning:
Miami @ Buffalo - Don't really know what's going on with these guys, except Ricky Williams plays for Miami, so despite Buffalo's underrated defense, Rickyball will dominate.

Seattle @ St. Louis - Do we really have to play this shit?

Washington @ Philadelphia - Again, I'd love to see an Eagles loss, but the Redskins were given ample opportunity to beat the Cowboys and failed, they won't get nearly as much of a chance against Philly.

Tampa Bay @ Atlanta - Josh Freeman has potential, but the Falcons are desperate. They won't drop this one.

Indianapolis @ Houston - Just for Tommygunnz.

Cleveland @ Cincinnati - I would love to mock Headspace over this one, but Cleveland is fucking terrible at football. Could be the worst team I've ever seen.

Carolina @ NY Jets - Not even making a pick, who gives a shit?

    Afternoon:
Kansas City @ San Diego - I'm sure SD will figure out a way to keep KC in this one, they always play down to their opponents.

Jacksonville @ San Francisco - The Jaguars are the quietest 6-4, leading the wild card chase team in football history. They'll manage to win this one against a spiraling SF team in a game that won't garner a single highlight, maintaining their stealthy, cat-like approach.

Arizona @ Tennessee - Keep it going baby! (I'd like the Cards to win so they have nothing to play for in week 17 vs. the Pack, but I don't think it'll be necessary, and also Vince Young.)
    Spoiler: show
    Obviously I mean Chris Johnson

Chicago @ Minnesota - All my Bears fan friends have been puffing out their chests about how they're going to dominate Brett Favre (so they could laugh at the Packers for losing to him). One of two things will happen. This will either be Brett's "beginning of the end of the season" implosion game (3+ INTs), or the Bears lose by 30. I'm going with the latter.

    Night:
Pittsburgh @ Baltimore - Two teams that cant figure out how to win. I don't care who wins, as long as there is as many injuries as possible. Ray Rice and Ben Rapistburger are two prime targets.

    Monday:
New England @ New Orleans - I'm sick of people declaring every decent game the Patriots are in as "the real super bowl". Fuck all of you. Brees rolls, Sharper takes two Tom Brady INTs in for touchdowns, including running Brady over for one of them. Brady calls for a flag, doesn't get it, cries.

Oakland pulls off the upset. Bruce Gradkowski throws for 300 yards as DHB has a career day with 3 TD catches.

Nnamdi Asomugha LOCKS down Witten (Mainly because Roy locks down himself and Miles aint been shit since the Chiefs game) and Al and the boys live up the "JUST WIN BABY!" motto.

I predict that Eli will reclaim his rightful spot as one of the NFL's greatest QB's as the Giants upset the Bronco's in what looks to be a legendary clash of the two greatest signal callers of all time.

Green Bay @ Detroit - Aaron Rodgers is the #1 fantasy QB this weekend!! Huge day for Gennings and Finley

Oakland @ Dallas - Joe Buck has a panic attack as Tony Romo throws 4 TDs 1 INT
NY Giants @ Denver - Both teams suck; who cares?
Miami @ Buffalo - Buffalo is just bad overall...
Seattle @ St. Louis - Where will Bulger be a backup next season?
    Washington @ Philadelphia - Lol....
Tampa Bay @ Atlanta - I hope Turner returns early and breaks an ankle
Indianapolis @ Houston - Beginning of the end for Gary Kubiak - John McClain to have a heart attack on his blog
Cleveland @ Cincinnati - Somehow there was a WHAT
Carolina @ NY Jets - But I am picking the Jets in the pickem....I just don't like Ryan
Kansas City @ San Diego - Blowout
Jacksonville @ San Francisco - This could get out of hand fast imo....
Arizona @ Tennessee - I am Weltall, remember?
Chicago @ Minnesota - Give it to AP in the redzone....STOP THROWING TDS
Pittsburgh @ Baltimore - I think Pitt is a much better team...but without Troy?
New England @ New Orleans - AFC > NFC

I'm upset I missed it as well. Looked like there was some good comedy gold in there.

At a Titan's game once, there were 2 games going on for little league (starting at the 15 yard line on each side of the field) and a kid intercepted the ball on the far end from us, and ran it back 105 yards in between the other game and knocked down the QB and ran through the other 2 teams for the score....kids on 3 teams were trying to tackle him....

was freaking insanity...drunk ppl going wild

Hmmm, thinking about getting a Fins jersey to wear to Nashville if I can get tickets, but who should I get? First inclination was to get an orange Williams jersey, beings he'll have 150 yards in that game. Then I decided I wanted a Bess jersey. Now I don't know what the hell I want.

I've wanted an orange Ricky jersey forever, go with that.

I have too, but I've become a big Bess fan for some reason. I think because he's the anti-Tedd Ginn.
