After your first log in, should take 10-20min to pop up in mail.

They decided free pets where against the lore so they stopped giving them out.

I have the Mr Chilly penguin and Whelping on all my characters, they were in the mail when I logged on and I got them all before last week so its not too early. But my account was never inactive and been playing since '05.

Login to Battle.net account management. If you qualify it will say. You don't need the email.
